The revelations keep on coming.
On December 4, 2017, in The Inspector General’s Quiet Investigation, I discussed how the uncovering of demoted FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s activities was tied to a little noticed – but crucial – investigation by Michael Horowitz, the Inspector General.
The details surrounding Strzok were not only alarming – they verged on the unbelievable. That one man could be involved in so many utterly crucial aspects of events over the past 18 months seemed difficult to accept.
Almost as if there was a concerted effort to blame everything surrounding Clinton, Team Obama and the Russian Investigation onto one man…
On the heels of the Strzok disclosures, new revelations surrounding Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr came to light.
Ohr was stripped of his title after it was disclosed that he met with Fusion GPS founder, Glenn Simpson. The meeting between the two was facilitated by Richard Steele – the author of the Trump Dossier
Ohr met several different times with Steele – prior to the 2016 election. And reports indicate that Ohr has known Steele since 2006.
Importantly, FBI Agent Strzok served as the contact person between the FBI and Richard Steele.
These connections began to suggest the handling of the Trump Dossier – and its use in obtaining a FISA warrant – traveled further up the Obama Administration hierarchy.
Bruce Ohr and Peter Strzok both have ties to Fusion GPS and Richard Steele. Strzok personally helped to exonerate Clinton in the email investigation. Ohr has known Steele since 2006.
Ohr appears to have provided the Trump Dossier to Strzok who used it to start the FBI Investigation into Russia and the Trump Campaign in July 2016 (per March 20, 2017 testimony by Comey). The Dossier is later used – at least in part – to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump Campaign.
As Associate Deputy Attorney General, Bruce Ohr’s former boss was Sally Yates, then-Deputy Attorney General. Sally Yates’ boss was Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Yates was also briefly the Acting Attorney General until her firing by President Trump.
Peter Strzok’s former boss was Bill Priestap, Assistant Director, FBI Counter Intelligence. Priestap’s boss was FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. McCabe’s boss was FBI Director James Comey.
I find it all but impossible to believe that both Ohr’s and Strzok’s respective bosses – Sally Yates and Bill Priestap – were unaware of the activities of Ohr and Strzok.
The question quickly becomes simple. How much higher did the information travel.
Representative Jim Jordan pursued this same theory – that FBI Agent Peter Strzok took the Trump Dossier to the FISA Court in an effort to gain a warrant, thereby allowing the FBI to spy on the Trump Campaign – in a House Judiciary Committee meeting with FBI Director Christopher Wray. You can find the video here.
I discuss this further and provide relevant timelines in Emerging Details, Damning Timelines & the Obama Administration’s Complicity.
Yesterday, further details were revealed.
It turns out Bruce Ohr’s wife worked for Fusion GPS.
You’re f-ing kidding me…

The disclosure surrounding Nellie Ohr, was made in an article by James Rosen:
Investigators for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) confirmed that Nellie H. Ohr, wife of the demoted official, Bruce G. Ohr, worked for the opposition research firm [Fusion GPS] last year. The precise nature of Mrs. Ohr’s duties – including whether she worked on the dossier – remains unclear but a review of her published works available online reveals Mrs. Ohr has written extensively on Russia-related subjects. HPSCI staff confirmed to Fox News that she was paid by Fusion GPS through the summer and fall of 2016.
In a DOJ report located by Gateway Pundit, it was revealed that Nellie Ohr also worked at the CIA – in their Open Source Group.
In addition to their site link, you can find out more about the Open Source Group here.
The 2010 DOJ report linking to Nellie Ohr to the CIA’s Open Source Group, proved to be equally interesting. On page 30, in Appendix B: List of Participants, Nellie and Bruce Ohr are both listed.
Also listed as a participant: Glenn Simpson.
One year after the DOJ report was published Glenn Simpson co-founded Fusion GPS.
You can find out more about Fusion GPS here and here. It’s an amazing – and shocking – story in its own right.
Adding a twist of the bizarre, the Conservative Treehouse located this unexpected detail:
2. Nellie Ohr applied for this HAM radio license in May 2016 https://t.co/RNHjmrqIwf
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 12, 2017
And followed up with this simple – and accurate – timeline:
16. April ’16 Clinton hires Chris Steele
May ’16 Nelli Ohr gets HAM radio license.
June/July ’16 FBI Agent Strzok meets w/Steele
June ’16 DOJ FISA request denied.
July ’16 FBI counterintelligence op begins
Oct. ’16 Strzok and Ohr meet w/Steele
Oct. ’16 FISA request granted.— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 12, 2017
I honestly don’t know how much to make of this detail.
Is the HAM radio license timing a simple unrelated coincidence? Quite possibly.
The alternative feels somewhat implausible. Nevertheless, obtaining a virtually un-monitored source of communication at this particular juncture seems somewhat…coincidental.
While all this has been going on, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was scheduled to testify before the House Intelligence Committee today.
Last night, after the news of Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie Ohr, Chad Pergram sent out this tweet:
FBI’s McCabe was expected to appear before Hse to Intel Cmte Tues. Now told he’s not coming. Expect subpoenas to compel McCabe to appear this wk. Source: “McCabe has an Ohr problem”
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 12, 2017
Today the DOJ disputed this, claiming a scheduling error:
DoJ on McCabe not coming to Hse Intel Cmte today: This was a routine scheduling error after the dates were switched on an internal email that we are happy to provide the cmte..The FBI regrets the error, and we look forward to making both witnesses available prior to the..recess
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 12, 2017
McCabe is currently being investigated by the Office of U.S. Special Counsel for violating The Hatch Act. You can find out more on what led to the investigation here.
It seems we shall find out shortly if McCabe’s scheduling excuse is valid. His testimony should be of significant interest.
In the meantime, expect more shocking – even hard to believe – disclosures surrounding the flagging Mueller Investigation.
I’m guessing they won’t be subsiding anytime soon.
